  1. 250gms green beans/French beans (chopped)

  2. 1 large potato (chopped)

  3. 4tbsp oil

  4. 1large onion

  5. 3-4 garlic cloves

  6. 1tsp salt

  7. 1-2 green chilies

  8. Spices:

  9. 1tsp red chili powder

  10. 1tsp turmeric powder

  11. 1tsp garam masala

  12. 1tbsp lemon juice

  1. At First pour 4 tbsp mustered oil on pan let it be hot.

  2. Add cumin seeds.

  3. Add Onion and Garlic mix them all.

  4. Fry the mixture till the onions turn golden brown.

  5. Add 1tsp of salt, 1tsp red chili powder, 1tsp turmeric powder and fry the mixture.

  6. Then add chopped potatoes and chopped French Beans mix them well.

  7. Cover it for 7-8 minutes and let it cook.

  8. Add a pinch of garam masala.

  9. Cook it for another 2 minutes.

  10. Add the lemon juice.

  11. Delicious Green Beans with Potatoes are ready to serve.
