  1. 236 1/29 ml brown sugar

  2. 118 1/59 ml sugar

  3. 118 1/59 ml earth balance vegan margarine , softened (or other Vegan Butter)

  4. 118 1/59 ml vegetable shortening

  5. 4.92 ml vanilla extract

  6. 1 egg substitute (1 TBSP of the Powder & 3 TBSP of Water)

  7. 29 1/28 ml applesauce (Trust Me!)

  8. 532 1/32 ml all-purpose flour

  9. 4.92 ml baking soda

  10. 1 1/53 ml salt

  11. 177.44 ml white chocolate , -you can use

  12. 2 batches of my vegan white chocolate also posted on this website. chop into 1/4-1/2 in (Remember, for this recipe to remain Vegan, the White Chocolate needs to be Vegan)

  13. 118 1/59 ml macadamia nuts, chopped

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350 Degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, beat sugars, butter, shortening, egg replacer, applesauce & vanilla until smooth.

  3. Stir in flour, baking soda & salt until mix completely 4 Stir in Vegan White Chocolate & Macadamia Nuts.

  4. Drop dough by Tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.

  5. Bake 10-12 minutes.

  6. Remove Cookies from sheet and put on wire rack or big plate and let cool (They need time to cool down so they set).
