  16. (2) Ingredients for layers:

  17. 1. lemon - 1 cut in slices

  18. 2. Green cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

  19. 3. nutmeg , mace powder - 1/2 tsp

  20. 4. mint - 1/4 bunch

  21. 5. fresh coriander - 1/2 bunch

  22. 6. tomato - 2 sliced

  23. 7. Dry plums - 6

  24. 8. green chilies - 4

  25. 9. Fried brown onion - 1 cup

  26. 10. orange food color - few drops

  27. 11. Kewra water - 1 tsp

  28. 12. garam masala powder - 1 tsp

  29. 13. yogurt - 1/2 cup

  1. Take a pan, add mutton, clove, turmeric powder, black pepper, cinnamon stick, green chili, salt, red chili powder, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, coriander power and 4 glass of water. Mix well and cook until mutton is done and ½ glass of water left. Another pan boils rice with bay leaf, salt and black cumin seeds.

  2. In a bowl, add yogurt, kewra water, yellow food color, green cardamom powder, nutmeg, mace and garam masala power, mix well.

  3. Method:

  4. Take a pan, add ¼ cup of oil, then spread some boiled rice, then mutton, then lemon slices, soaked dry plums, fresh coriander, mint, tomato slice, green chili, yogurt, fried onion, ¼ cup of oil and boiled rice, then on top spread fried onion, cover and put on dum for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with raita and salad.
