  1. Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic, chopped onion sauted for some time,Add chopped leeks; add diced potatoes cook for some time.

  2. Add stock and cook for 5 minutes, Remove at from the stove, and blend it like a paste,Again pour the paste in to the sauce pan add some more stock,Add salt and pepper powder and bring it to the boiling,After removing form the stove add fresh cream and serve it.
