  1. 250 gm chicken

  2. 1/4 cup (roasted) bengal gram

  3. 1 (large) onion

  4. 1 (to 2) green chili

  5. 1/4tsp fennel seeds

  6. 1/2tsp chili powder

  7. 1/2tsp turmeric powder

  8. 1/4tsp chat masala

  9. 1/2tsp garam masala

  10. 1/2tsp coriander powder

  11. 8 (to 10) garlic flakes

  12. 1 piece (1 inch) ginger

  13. 2tbsp (fresh) cream

  14. mint leaves (fistful)

  15. coriander leaves (fistful)

  16. salt as per taste

  17. oil for fry

  1. in a mixer jar add the green chili, roasted bengal gram, fennel seeds, chili powder, onion, turmeric powder, garam masala, ginger and garlic and gind to a smooth paste.

  2. add little water if needed.

  3. onece the masala paste is done add the chicken mince to the paste and pulse once or twice till well combined.

  4. reserve the meat in a bowl add finely chopped mint and coriander leaves and mix well till all teh ingredients are well combined cover and refrigerate 8 hours or over night.

  5. wet you hands before forming seekh take a portion of marinated meat place the meat on a bamboo shewer start to form seekh kababs.

  6. heat a pan with oil start fry the seekh kababs or a medium flame keep turning the seekhs till all sides turn light golden in color. we also need to make sure the chicken is cooked. onece its done serve hot with lime wedges and onion .. enjoy
