  1. 1 cup quick oats

  2. 10 scoops whey vanilla protein powder

  3. 1/3 cup natural peanut butter

  4. 1/3 cup honey

  5. 4 oz dried fruit (any variety)

  6. 1/3 cup natural

  1. In a large mixing bowl add oats, protein powder, and peanut butter. Begin mixing. (Electic mixer is great.) Then add honey and dried fruit. Slowly add applesauce until dough becomes slightly sticky. Divide evenly into 10 bars and wrap each in a baggie. Store in the refrigerator.
