  1. 1/2 cup 118ml White vinegar

  2. 1/3 cup 78ml Water

  3. 1/3 cup 78ml Vegetable oil

  4. 1/4 cup 82g / 2.9oz Light corn syrup

  5. 2 1/2 tablespoons 37ml Grated Romano cheese

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dry pectin*

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Egg substitute

  8. 1 1/4 teaspoons 6 1/3ml Salt

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Fresh lemon juice

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Minced garlic

  11. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Dried parsley flakes

  12. 1 Dried oregano

  13. 1 Crushed red pepper flakes

  1. Combine all ingredients with an electric mixer on medium speed, a blender on low speed or in a food processor fitted with metal blade about 30 seconds.

  2. Best if left to chill for at least an hour before serving.

  3. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

  4. Per 1 tablespoon serving: 49 calories , 4 grams total fat, 65 percent calories from fat, .45 gram protein, 4 grams carbohydrates, .02 gram total fiber, 83 milligram cholesterol, 163 milligrams sodium.
