  3. 300 gram paneer -- cubed and fried

  4. 250 gram tomato -- pureed and strained

  5. 4 tablespoons oil or ghee

  6. **GRIND TOGETHER**

  7. 3 onions

  8. 1/2 pod garlic

  9. 1/2 inch ginger

  10. 3 green chillies

  11. 2 tablespoons coriander leaves

  12. 12 cashewnuts

  13. 6 cardamoms

  14. 6 cloves

  15. 1 teaspoon coriander seeds

  16. salt -- to taste

  1. Heat oil and fry the ground masala for about 7 minutes. Add tomato puree and fry some more. Add ground peas and keep stirring. Add 2 cups warm water and cook till peas are tender. Before serving add fried paneer cubes.
