  1. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Water

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Olive oil

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Garlic - chopped, or 3 tablespoons 45ml Garlic oil

  4. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Cornmeal

  5. 3 cups 187g / 6.6oz White flour - unbleached

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Yeast

  8. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Sun-dried tomatoes - coarsely chopped

  9. 1/3 cup 48g / 1.7oz Grated parmesan cheese

  1. Place all the ingredients except the tomatoes and Parmesan cheese in the machine, program for Raisin Bread, Basic Bread, Basic Wheat, Basic, White, Basic White, or White/Whole Grain, and press Start or On. Add the tomatoes and cheese when the beeper sounds or during the last 5 minutes of the final knead cycle.
