  1. 0.8 lb Cabbage

  2. 0.4 lb Pork belly meat

  3. 0 1/5 lb Chinese leek

  4. 1/2 tsp chinese rice wine

  5. 3 tbsp stock

  6. 2 tbsp salad oil

  7. Seasoning:

  8. 1 tsp Chili Sauce (Chili Bean Sauce)

  9. 3/4 tsp Light Soy

  10. 1/2 tsp sugar

  11. 1/2 tsp sesame oil

  1. Wash the cabbage and leek and drain well.

  2. Cut the cabbage into large pieces (size like your palm), cut the leek into small pieces.

  3. Cut the pork belly into thin slices, set aside.

  4. Heat the wok, add the oil, sauté the pork belly slices. Then add the cabbage and leek and stir-fry together. Add wine, stock and seasoning, stir-fry with high heat and let the seasoning be absorbed by the vegetables. Then serve hot.
