  1. 4 halibut steaks (6 ounces each)

  2. 1/2 cup olive oil

  3. 6 cloves garlic, minced

  4. 2 tablespoons "The Best Teriyaki Sauce You'll Ever Taste"

  5. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

  6. 2 teaspoons dry basil

  7. 2 teaspoons salt

  8. 2 teaspoons black pepper

  9. 4 to 5 minutes per side. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork and is opaque all the way through.
