  1. 1 cabbage, sliced into wedges

  2. 4 cloves garlic

  3. 2 apples, sliced

  4. salt and pepper to taste

  5. shredded American or Swiss cheese

  1. Wrap all ingredients, except the cheese, in aluminum foil.

  2. Grill for about 30 minutes over medium heat, or until cabbage and apples are soft.

  3. Drizzle with cheese, if desired, and add more salt and pepper to taste.
