  6. 1 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil

  1. Combine the beans, herbs, lemon juice, egg, garlic, and 5 cup oil in a food processor and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. With the machine running, pour in the remaining oil through the feed tube in a thin, steady stream and to make a creamy and smooth sauce. Stop the machine and scrape the sides. Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
