  1. Wash cauliflower with salt water and keep aside. Add little oil in saucepan and heat for a while. When the oil is hot add cumin and curry leaves so that they crackle. Add onion now and saut until it is golden brown. Add turmeric powder, ginger/garlic paste, green chilies and salt to the onion and cook it for a while. Now add tomato and chili powder to pan and cook to a paste consistency and add cauliflower. Cook in medium flame until cauliflower is done, now add cream and switch off the flame. Mix it well and garnish it with coriander leaves.
