  8. 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped

  9. 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped

  10. 2 medium carrots, cut into thin strips

  11. 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into thin strips

  12. 150g baby corn, halved

  13. 2 medium eggs, beaten

  14. 200g bean sprouts

  15. 2 tbsp blanched peanuts, toasted and roughly chopped

  16. 4 tbsp freshly chopped coriander

  17. 4 lime wedges
