  2. 1 package Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme cake mix

  3. 1 package Instant vanilla pudding mix

  4. 10 Bottle 7-Up

  5. 4 Eggs

  6. --ICING--

  7. 1 1/2 cup Sugar

  8. 1 Stick margarine

  9. 2 can Crushed pineapple in juice

  10. 1 package Angel Flake coconut

  1. Contributed to the echo by: Marge Clark Originally from: a church ladyPineapple 7-up Cake: Mix cake and pudding mixes and 7-up. Beat well.

  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Pour into greased9x13 pan, bake at 350 degrees 40-50 minutes, until the cake testsdone. Icing: Bring all ingredients to a boil, pour over cake. Pokeholes in cake with cake tester to help in absorbing icing.
