  2. 1 tbsp. margarine

  3. 3 tbsp. creamy peanut butter

  4. 1/8 tsp. salt

  5. 5 cups miniature marshmallows

  6. 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

  7. 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

  8. 12 ounce package milk chocolate chips

  1. Combine margarine, peanut butter and salt in a large saucepan. Cook, stirring frequently, until peanut butter and margarine are melted. Add marshmallows and vanilla and cook, stirring, until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies. Stir until cereal is well coated. Coat a 9x13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Pour Rice Krispy into the prepared pan and pat out evenly with your hands. Pour chocolate chips into a microwave-safe glass bowl and microwave 2 minutes on 50% power. Stir. Microwave an additional minute on 50% power and stir until smooth. If not completely melted, microwave another 30 seconds. Spead evenly over the top of the Rice Krispies. Cool at room temperature or refrigerate until set. Cut into 16 bars.
