  1. Cream Cheese Mixture--

  2. 8 ounces Cream Cheese

  3. 1 Egg

  4. cup Sugar

  5. teaspoon Salt

  6. 1 cup Chocolate Chips --

  7. Miniature

  8. Chocolate Cake Mixture--

  9. 1 1/2 cup Flour

  10. 1 cup Sugar

  11. 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

  12. cup Cocoa Powder

  13. 1 cup Water

  14. cup Oil

  15. 1 tablespoon Vinegar

  16. 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  1. Mix together cream cheese mixture. In a separate bowl, mix together chocolate cake mixture. Place one tablespoon cake mixture, then one teaspoon cheese mixture into small cupcake papers. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

  2. Yield: 48 small cupcakes.

  3. Sophia, here's a recipe for Black Bottoms that I got from my church cookbook and it was submitted by Verona Juhasz. I made them a couple of years ago for my annual Christmas Cookie Exchange party and they went so quickly.
