  1. 1-1/2 cups shredded Chinese or napa cabbage

  2. 1/2 cup sliced celery

  3. 1/3 cup chopped onion

  4. 1 tablespoon canola oil

  5. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  6. Dash pepper

  7. 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce

  1. In a small skillet, saute the cabbage, celery and onion in oil for 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Yield: 2 servings.
