  1. 1 cup(s) Olive Oil

  2. 3 cup(s) Crunchy Vegetable (your choice!) , i.e. cherry tomatoes or sugar snap peas, etc.

  3. 1 bunch(es) chives or green onions

  4. 2 cube(s) garlic , use cloves

  5. 1 tablespoon(s) parsley

  6. 1 tablespoon(s) basil

  7. 2 pinch(es) salt & pepper , easy with the salt...

  8. 1 cup(s) feta cheese

  9. 2 medium chicken breasts , you can have more or less chicken

  10. 1 package(s) whole wheat linguine

  1. Chop your vegetables & green onions and toss them in a (suggested) 9 by 13 glass dish.

  2. Add in the crushed garlic, basil, parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil.

  3. Toss it together and get it all mix up really well.

  4. Take your dish and place it in the oven on HIGH broil. Watch it, it browns quickly. Toss it a couple of times while its broiling.

  5. (about 5-8 minutes)

  6. Boil your water for the noodles.

  7. Toss the noodles in the water and cook them.

  8. Grill the chicken & slice it up.

  9. (I like to broil it in some lemon juice and rosemary for added flavour, but it isn't necessary)

  10. Take the cooked Linguine, toss it on a plate, top it with the roasted vegetables mix & sliced chicken. Sprinkle the feta over it..

  11. and you're ready to eat!
