  2. 40 Reese's peanut butter cups Miniatures

  3. 13 Ounces package 1/2 Cup butter or margrine -- softened

  4. 1/2 Cup packed light brown sugar

  5. 1/2 Cup granulated sugar

  6. 1/2 Cup creamy peanut butter

  7. 1 egg

  8. 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract

  9. 1 1/2 Cups all purpose flour

  10. 3/4 Teaspoon baking soda

  11. 1/2 Teaspoon salt

  1. Heat oven to 375.Remove wrapper from candies.Line small muffin cups(1 33/4 inches in diameter) with paper bake cups.

  2. In large bowl,beat butter,brown sugar,granulated sugar,peanut butter,eggand vanilla until light and fluffy.Stir together flour,baking soda and eggandvanilla until light and fluffy.Stir together flour,baking soda and salt;addtobutter mixture,beating until well blended.Shape dough into 1 inch balls;

  3. place one in each prepared muffin cup.Do not flatten.

  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or puffed and lightly browned;remove from oven.

  5. Immediately press peanut butter cup onto each cookie.Cool completely inmuffin pan.
