  1. INGREDIENTS:

  2. 1 kg: Meat

  3. 750 gm: Semi cooked rice

  4. Sauteed brown onions to taste

  5. 1 tbsp: Ginger garlic paste

  6. 1 tbsp: Red chilli paste

  7. 1 tbsp: Green chilli paste

  8. 1/2 tbsp: Cardamom powder

  9. 3-4 sticks:

  10. Cinnamon

  11. 1 tbsp: Cumin seeds

  12. 4 no: Cloves

  13. 2 tbsp: Lemon juice

  14. 250 gm: Curd

  15. 4 tbsp: Clarified butter

  16. A pinch: Mace

  17. Mint leaves to taste

  18. 1 tsp: Saffron

  19. 1/2 cup: Water

  20. 1 tbsp: Salt

  21. 1/2 cup: Oil

  22. DIRECTIONS:

  23. Clean the meat.

  24. Now in a pan add meat, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, green chilli paste, sauteed brown onions, cardamom

  25. powder, cinnamon, cumin seeds, cloves, mace, mint leaves and lemon juice. Mix it well.

  26. Add curd, clarified butter, semi cooked rice, saffron, water and oil and mix it well.

  27. Now apply sticky dough on the sides of the pan.

  28. Cover with lid to seal it and cook for about 25 minutes.

  29. Hyderabadi Biryani is ready to eat.

  30. Garnish with boiled eggs, sliced carrot and cucumber.

  31. Serve hot.
