  1. 3/4 lb Ground Beef

  2. 10 c Beef Bouillon

  3. 1/2 c Tomato paste

  4. 2 tb Salad Oil

  5. Clove garlic, crushed

  6. Med Onion, peeled & minced

  7. 1 ds Salt & Pepper, to taste

  8. 1 ts Dried Oregano

  9. Egg, slightly beaten

  10. 1/3 c Uncooked long grain Rice

  11. 3/4 lb Ground Pork

  12. 1/2 c Chopped fresh coriander

  1. Can substitute parsley for coriander, if neccessary.

  2. Combine beef, pork, rice, egg, oregano, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to taste) in a large bowl.

  3. Shape into small balls, about the size of golf balls.

  4. Saute onion and garlic in heated oil in a large kettle until tender.

  5. Mix in tomato paste.

  6. Add bouillon; season with salt and pepper.

  7. Bring to a boil.

  8. Add meatballs and reduce heat.

  9. Cook slowly, covered, about 30 minutes, until meatballs are cooked.

  10. Stir in coriander or parsley.

  11. Serves 6 to 8.
