  1. 1 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter

  2. 3 cups chopped onion

  3. 1 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic

  4. 6 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  5. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  6. 4 tsp. peeled, grated fresh ginger

  7. 4 tsp. soy sauce

  8. 2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes

  9. 2 tsp. turmeric

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with fresh vegetables such as snow peas, canned water chestnuts, carrots, celery or whole or halved fresh mushrooms.
