  1. 170.09 g light brown sugar (1/2 of a 12-oz box)

  2. 177.44 ml granulated garlic

  3. 118 1/59 ml black pepper

  4. 59.14 ml dried thyme

  5. 236 1/29 ml oregano , fresh, chopped

  6. 236 1/29 ml seasoning salt (I use Loveless Seasoned Salt)

  7. 118 1/59 ml chili powder

  8. 28 1/39 ml celery salt

  9. 28 1/39 ml fennel seed

  10. 28 1/39 ml paprika

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.

  2. When ready, rub the seasoning into all sides of your meat until it is covered. Grill or cook your meat as you prefer.
