  1. Minced lamb 1/2 kg.

  2. Onion 1

  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp.

  4. Coriander Powder 2 tsp.

  5. Green chillies 2

  6. Minced

  7. Chickpea flour 1 tbsp.

  8. Egg 1

  9. Slightly beaten

  10. Oil for deep frying

  11. Ingredients to make the Curry:

  12. 2 Large

  13. Tomatoes 2

  14. Chopped

  15. Whole spices : 1 cardamom,

  16. 1 clove

  17. 1 cinnamon

  18. Chilli Powder 1 tsp.

  19. Coriander Powder 1 tbsp.

  20. Cumin Powder 1 tsp.

  21. 1/2 cup

  22. Ghee 2 tbsp.

  23. Salt to taste

  1. Cook the minced meat in 1 cup of water with chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chillies and salt, cook on low heat until the meat is tender.

  2. Add the chick pea flour mix well and cook till all the water has evaporated.

  3. Cool and grind coarsely, add the egg, mix well and make small balls the size of a large marble. Heat oil in a fry pan, deep fry, keep aside.

  4. Curry:

  5. 1.Heat the ghee in a sauce pan, add the whole spices ,after it splutters add the chopped onions, sauté for 2 minutes, add the chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and green coriander, stir well.

  6. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt and two cups of water, cook until the tomatoes are soft.

  7. Place the meat balls in the curry and simmer for 10 minutes.
