  1. soya -100gram

  2. tomato -3

  3. ginger ,

  4. garlic paste -2tsp

  5. garam masala -1tsp

  6. Red chilli powder -1/2tsp

  7. Turmeric powder -1/4tsp

  8. onion -2

  9. coriander leaves -1/2cup

  10. salt -to taste

  11. oil -6tsp

  1. First soak soya in hot water for 10 mins.

  2. Then clean with cool water and cut into small pieces and keep it aside.

  3. Masala:

  4. Heat pan add 2tsp oil and add onion (cut into small pieces).

  5. Fry till it gets transparent color.

  6. add tomato (cut into pieces, ginger ,garlic (cut into small pieces) fry to cook 10 mins.

  7. Grind these things paste as masala.

  8. Heat pan add 4 tsp oil, fry fennel 1/2 tsp, then add few curry leaves and then add paste masala.

  9. cook until you observe oil coming out.

  10. Then put Turmeric powder ,red chill powder, Garam masala powder, salt and cook for 5mins.

  11. Add soya then add 1 cup water boil for few mins.

  12. At the end garnish with coriander leaves.

  13. yummy soya curry masala ready .

  14. This dish is the best combination with chapathi, puri & parrota.

  15. soya is best for health.
