  1. 700 g sirloin or rump steak trimmed of

  2. 100 g Asian salad cup fresh coriander cup fresh mint

  3. 4 Thai red shallots or golden shallots, sliced

  4. 250 g cherry tomatoes,Chilli lime dressing

  5. 1 tablespoon fish

  6. 1 small red Thai chilli, sliced

  7. 1 clove garlic,

  8. 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander

  9. 1 tablespoon white

  10. 1 tablespoon peanut

  1. Cook steak on a heated, oiled BBQ until cooked as desired.

  2. Remove from BBQ, cover and stand for 5 minutes.

  3. Chilli lime dressing : Combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake well.

  4. Just before serving, combine the salad mix, herbs, shallot, tomatoes and two-thirds of chilli lime dressing in a bowl and combine well.

  5. Divide salad among serving bowls, top with warm, sliced steak and drizzle with remaining dressing.
