  16. 200ml coconut milk

  17. 100ml natural yoghurt

  18. 200ml double cream

  19. 1 red chilli, chopped

  20. Toasted almond slices and tamarind sauce, to serve

  21. 2 large potatoes, cut into chunks

  22. 400g salmon

  23. 10ml fish sauce

  24. 10ml soy sauce

  25. 2 garlic cloves

  26. 2 tsp chopped ginger

  27. 2 stalks lemon grass

  28. Juice from 1/2 lime

  29. 2 red chillies

  30. 4 spring onions

  31. 5g fresh coriander

  32. Sweet chilli sauce, to serve
