  1. 6 c. sliced pared tart apples

  2. 1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

  3. 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

  4. 1 c. sugar

  5. 3/4 c. milk

  6. 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix

  7. 2 eggs

  8. 2 tbsp. butter, softened

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 10 x 0 x 1/2 inch pie plate. Mix apples and spices; turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients except Streusel, until smooth – 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with Streusel. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean – 55 to 60 minutes.

  4. c. biscuit baking mix 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/3 c. packed brown sugar 3 tbsp. firm butter DIRECTIONS:

  5. Mix biscuit baking mix, chopped nuts, brown sugar and butter until crumbly.
