  1. 2 tbsp olive oil

  2. 8 oz peanut butter

  3. 2 cloves garlic

  4. 1 medium onion

  5. 2 small / med shallots

  6. 1/2 tsp chili powder

  7. 1/2 tsp brown sugar

  8. 1 tbsp soy sauce

  9. 2 cups water

  10. juice of 1 lemon

  1. Saute chopped garlic and chopped onions in oil over medium / low heat Add shallots and mix in quickly Add peanut butter and water and stir until thoroughly mixed; cook until first bubbles appear Add chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, and lemon juice.

  2. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir frequently.
