  1. 1/3 cup 78ml Lime juice

  2. 1/3 cup 78ml Olive oil

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Tequila

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped fresh cilantro

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Glove garlic - minced (medium)

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Jalapeno pepper - chopped (small)

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients. Pour over peeled jumbo shrimp or soft-shelled crab and refrigerate 2 hours before grilling. Brush marinade on while grilling.
