    1. Ingredients :

    2. 1 box of Brownie Mix

    3. 1 8 ounce package softened Cream Cheese

    4. 1 egg

    5. 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    6. 1/3 cup sugar

    7. 8 drops red food coloring

    8. 16 drops yellow food coloring

    1. Preparation :

    2. Preheat oven to temperature indicated on brownie mix.

    3. Prepare brownie mix according to instructions and pour into a greased 9x13 baking pan.

    4. With electric mixers at a medium speed, beat the sugar, vanilla and softened cream cheese in a bowl.

    5. Beat the egg in a small bowl and incorporate into mixture until well blended.

    6. Add yellow and red food colorings; mix until just blended.

    7. Pour over brownie batter and spread evenly.

    8. Gently run a knife through the cream cheese mixture a few times to give a marble effect.

    9. Bake according to brownie mix instructions The cream cheese mixture will look a little brown.

    10. Cool in baking pan on wire rack.

    11. Cut into squares.
