  3. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  5. 1 teaspoon ginger

  6. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  7. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  8. 1/8 teaspoon cloves

  9. 3 eggs

  10. 1 1/2 cups cooked mashed pumpkin

  11. 1 cup milk

  12. 6 unbaked 5-inch tart shells

  1. Combine sugar, flour, salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; beat in eggs.

  2. Blend in pumpkin. Add milk; mix well.

  3. Pour into tart shells; bake in preheated 400 oven 25 to 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.

  4. Cool; top with whipped cream, if desired.
