  1. 1 cup warm water

  2. 3 cups all-purpose flour

  3. 2 tablespoons powdered milk

  4. 3 teaspoons yeast

  5. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  6. 4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons margarine

  7. 5 tablespoons white sugar

  8. 3/4 teaspoon salt

  9. 2 tablespoons instant potato flakes

  10. 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract

  11. 2 eggs

  1. Measure ingredients into the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer.

  2. I use the order listed in the recipe.

  3. Set the machine for medium crust, and press start.

  4. Makes 1 2 1/2 pound loaf.

  5. *Ilike to use the bread machine just to do the dough.

  6. Then I take the dough out and form a round loaf, let rise, then bake in the oven at 400 degrees.
