  2. 1 pie shell -- unbaked

  3. 1 can pumpkin pie filling -- (540 ml.)

  4. 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

  5. 2 eggs

  6. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  7. 1/2 teaspoon ginger

  8. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  1. Mix filling ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 450* for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350* and continue baking for 35 - 40 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.

  2. Note: This is a fantastic pumpkin pie recipe. Do not use straight pumpkin, it must be the pumpkin pie filling.

  3. Tarts: Prepare the same as for pie. Bake at 425* for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350* and continue baking for 10 more minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
