  1. 1 large Pork Roast ,

  2. 7-10 pounds

  3. 3/4 cup(s) Jack Daniel's

  4. 1 cup(s) Molasses , Dark and Sweet

  5. 1 teaspoon(s) Black Pepper

  6. 1 tablespoon(s) Chili Powder

  7. 1 1/2 cup(s) Potatoes , Diced

  8. 1/2 cup(s) White Onion , Diced

  9. 4 stalk(s) Celery , Diced

  10. 1/2 cup(s) Vegetable Broth ,

  11. 8-10 ounces

  1. In a large bowl mix Jack Daniel's and molasses. Stir in spices.Place roast inside bowl and cover with plastic. Set in fridge for 1 hour.

  2. In roasting pan place all veggies. Can use a crockpot as well.

  3. Remove roast with Jack mixture and place in roasting pan (or crockpot).

  4. Oven temp 350, crockpot setting medium. Add broth last hour of cooking time for roasting pan only.

  5. **cooking time for crockpot is 4 hrs.**
