  1. 500g of chicken (made into 4 big pieces)

  2. 1/2 peeled onion

  3. 25g garlic (whole bulb)

  4. 1 cup of water

  5. 1 tbsp of coriander seeds

  6. 2 tbsp of fennel seeds

  7. 1 bay leaf (dried)

  8. 2 cloves

  9. 3 black pepper

  10. 2 cardamoms (black)

  11. 3 cardamoms (green)

  12. 1 cup of Basmati rice (heaped cup, soaked in water for 1/2 an hour )

  13. 2 tbsps of olive oil

  14. 1tbsp yogurt

  15. 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste

  1. Put the spices in a cheese cloth. Tie them all.

  2. Put the tied cloth in the pressure cooker which contains, chicken, onion and garlic. Add a cup of water. Turn the heat on.

  3. Close the cooker. Once the pressure is built, turn it off.

  4. DO not release the pressure. Once the pressure is released by itself, take out the bokey gardening.

  5. Take out the garlic, onions and chicken pieces. Add fried onions to oil,then add the chicken pieces.

  6. Add 1tsp of salt, little yogurt, 1tsp of ginger-garlic paste.

  7. Fry them. Add rice and chicken broth. Turn on the heat. Close the lid.

  8. Once the pressure is built, turn off and let the pressure release by itself.

  9. Chicken pulao is now ready for consumption.
