  1. 3/4 lb 340g / 11oz Unpeeled large fresh shrimp

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Lemon juice

  3. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Butter or margarine

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vegetable oil

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dijon mustard

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  7. 8 Garlic cloves - minced

  1. Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Combine lemon juice and remaining ingredients in a shallow dish; add shrimp, stirring well. Cover and chill 4 hours.

  2. Place shrimp on a greased rack of a broiler pan. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

  3. This recipe yields 2 servings.
