  1. 1/2 cup fat-free evaporated milk

  2. 1 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

  3. 1 package (4 serving size) fat free, sugar free chocolate instant pudding mix

  4. Pour the milk in blender. Add cottage cheese and blend at medium speed until smooth. About 45 seconds.

  5. Add the pudding mix and blend on high until thick and creamy about 45 more minutes. Stopping blender to stir with spoon and scrape down sides as needed.

  6. 6 popsicle molds. Insert wooden sticks and place in freezer for about 3 hours.
