  1. 150 grammes minced pork (you can experiment with minced beef, minced lamb or even minced chicken)

  2. 3 to 4 tomatoes (choose firm tomatoes, cut into wedges)

  3. 4 cloves garlic (chopped finely)

  4. Spring onion for garnishing

  5. 50 ml warm water

  6. 2 tablespoons cooking oil

  7. Marinade

  8. 2 teaspoons light soya sauce

  9. a couple of dashes of white pepper powder

  10. 1 teaspoon corn flour

  11. Seasoning

  12. 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

  13. Salt and Sugar to taste

  1. Marinate the minced pork for 30 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in wok. Add garlic and stir fry till aromatic. Add minced pork and stir fry till cooked (turned colour and beginning to brown). Add tomatoes, spring onions, water and seasoning.

  3. Dish up when tomatoes cooked to your desired softness.
