  1. 1 lb ground beef

  2. 1/2 cup of chopped onion s

  3. 1 can of cream of chicken soup

  4. 1 can of milk

  5. 1 can of water

  6. 1 can of rice ( brown or long grain)

  7. 1 cup of diced celery

  8. 1 can of diced water chestnuts

  9. 2 table spoons of soy sauce

  10. Chinese fried noodle s ( optional)

  1. Sauté onions and celery in pan with 1 Tbs of olive oil, add ground beef and cook until browned. Combine all ingredients except noodles in a baking dish. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350. Top with noodles and bake an additional 15 minutes.
