  1. 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper

  2. 1 tsp. garlic powder

  3. 1/2 tsp. salt

  4. 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

  5. 4 boneless pork chops

  6. 1 Tbsp. olive oil

  7. 2 cups frozen blueberries

  8. 1/4 cup sugar

  9. 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

  10. 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp. dried)

  11. 1 tsp. chopped fresh sage (or 1/2 tsp. dried)

  12. 400 F

  13. 12-15 minutes, til moist but cooked. Remove chops to a plate. Combine remaining ingredients in the skillet. Cook until thickened slightly. Serve over chops or on the side.
