  1. 1/2 cup brown sugar

  2. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  3. 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

  4. 2 large eggs

  5. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  6. 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix (4 serving size)

  7. 2 cups all-purpose flour

  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  9. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  10. 1 cup milk chocolate chips

  11. 1 cup white chocolate chips

  1. preheat oven to 350F -in a large mixing bowl beat together both sugars and butter with an electric mixer on low until creamy -add eggs, vanilla and pudding powder and mix until combined -in a separate bowl add flour, salt and baking soda and mix together with a fork -add flour mixture in thirds to the mixer bowl and mix on low until combined -add both chocolate chips and stir to blend with a spoon -using a teaspoon measure out a ball of cookie dough, roll slightly in your hands and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet -repeat with remaining cookie dough -bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden around, dont overbake if you want soft cookies -remove from oven and immediately tranfer cookies to a wire rack to cool
