  2. 1/2 cup butter

  3. 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into strips

  4. 5 garlic cloves, minced

  5. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

  6. 1/2 tsp salt

  7. 1 orange

  8. 1 lemon

  9. 1 juice of

  10. 1 lime

  11. 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken, garlic, cayenne pepper, and salt and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until no pink remains in the chicken, stirring occasionally. Add the orange, lemon, and lime juices and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly. Sprinkle with the parsley, toss, and serve. Good served over rice.
