  1. 14 oz 397g Sweetened condensed milk

  2. 1/3 cup 78ml Lemon juice

  3. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla extract - or almond extract

  5. 21 oz 596g Canned fruit pie filling - or 19 oz can rinsed

  6. 4 cups 948ml Fresh or canned fruit - drained

  1. In a medium bowl, combine milk and lemon juice. Mix well.

  2. Stir in sour cream and vanilla.

  3. Layer cream mixture and fruit in dessert glass, topping with fruit.

  4. Chill 30 minutes in freezer or 2 hours in refrigerator.
