  1. 1/5 racks of lamb

  2. 8 chops each 1/4 teasp.fresh ground black pepper.

  3. 4 toes garlic.

  4. 4 sprigs rosemary

  5. 1/5 shallots minced

  6. 1/5 teasp.minced ginger

  7. 1/5 separate garlic cloves minced.

  8. 1 tablsp.chopped rosemary.

  9. 1 1/2c.beef broth

  10. 1/5tablsp.butter.

  1. preheat oven a lg frying pan that can be placed in the oven.add oil,season lamb with pepper, place lamb meaty side down in pan.add garlic clove and rosemary sprig.cook til light golden.remove garlic and spig of rosemary{set aside to garnish}.place in oven,roast.16min,for medium.remove pan from oven.remove lamb.let them prepare the sauce.discard half the oil from pan.add shallots,ginger,garlic and chopped rosemary.saute sterring 1min.add broth,reduce by half.stir in butter ti thick plate.slice lamb into chopps,place on a serving platter,spoon sauce over lamb.{top with the garlic and rosemary that was removed earlier}.serve with creamy whip garlic mashed potatoes.
