  2. 16 Jumbo pasta shells - cooked

  3. 12 oz 340g Cooked ground beef

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Ricotta

  5. 1/3 cup 78ml Canned spinach

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Garlic salt

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Parsley

  8. 4 oz 113g Mozzarella - shredded

  9. Ww spaghetti sauce

  1. In a blender combine ricotta, spinach, salt and parsley. Stuff shells with 1 tb. ricotta mixture, 3/4 oz. beef, 1/4 oz. mozzarella and top with large heaping tb. of spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, covered. Each serving = 1 bread, 3 1/2 proteins, 1 veggie.
