  1. 1/2 cup paneer (cottage cheese) , cut into 12 mm. ( 1/2") cubes

  2. 1/4 cup cauliflower , cut into small florets

  3. 1/4 cup french beans , cut into 1/4 cup carrot , cut into 1/4 cup green peas

  4. 1/2 cup capsicum , cut into 12 mm. ( 1/2") cubes

  5. 1/4 cup baby corn , cut into slices

  6. 1 cup onions , pureed

  7. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)

  8. 2 cloves (laung / lavang)

  9. 1 stick cinnamon (dalchini)

  10. 1 cardamom (elaichi)

  11. 1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste

  12. 1/2 tsp green chilli paste

  13. 1 cup milk

  14. 1/4 cup canned pineapple slice , cut into small pieces

  15. 3 tbsp fresh cream

  16. 1/2 tsp garam masala

  17. 1 tbsp oil

  18. For The Garnish

  19. canned pineapple slices

  20. chopped coriander (dhania)

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. When the seeds crackle, add the onion puree, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, gingeri-garlic paste, green chilli paste and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes while stirring continuously.

  2. Add the cauliflower, french beans, carrot, green peas, capsicum, babycorn, salt, ½ cup of milk and ¼ cup of water. Cover and cook over a slow flame till the vegetable are tender.

  3. Add the remaining milk, paneer, pineapple, cream and garam masala and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.

  4. Garnish with pineapple slices and chopped coriander and serve hot.
