  3. 1/2 cup peanuts

  4. 1/2 cup walnuts

  5. 3 tbsps. tomato paste

  6. 1 onion, cut in chunks

  7. 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  8. 3 tbsps. oil

  9. 1 tbsp. soy sauce

  10. 3 cloves garlic

  11. 1/2 tsp. chopped chili pepper

  12. 1 Juice of

  13. 1 lemon

  14. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  15. 1 egg, beaten

  16. 1/4 cup water or less

  17. 2 tbsps. sesame seeds

  18. Bread crumbs

  1. Mash soybeans and preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Leaving some chunks for texture, in a blender process the peanuts,walnuts, tomato paste, onion, bread crumbs, oil, soy sauce, garlic, chilipepper, lemon juice, parsley, egg and water. Remove from the blender andstir in sesame seeds and mashed soybeans. Mold into burgers, roll inbread crumbs and put on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes.
